Climate: Typically Mediterranean, with mild winters, rainfall
limited and very hot and windy summers.
Soil character: Alluvial, partly sandy, slightly clayey.
Vine training: Espalier system (spurred cordon).
Grape yield per hectare: 80/90 quintals.
Vinification: Destemming, soft pressing, fermentation
in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature
(16-18°C).
Aging: In steel for a few months. Best before.
