 Red onions “Tropea” variety (56%), red wine (contains SULPHITES),

sugar, Modena PGI balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar, grape must

concentrate, colouring: caramel E150d (contains SULPHITES), mixture of

spices, whole sea salt, star anise, cinnamon.
